Speed up Ordering and Completion of your Paramedical Exam!
Please have the following information ready for our Staff when you call us at 503-906-1866:
-Legal name of Client including middle initial
-DOB
-Apartment number and name of Complex and Building number if there is one
-Best time to call your Client and any special circumstances
-Include a Work, Home and Cell number whenever possible so we can confirm timing and location of the Exam
-Give your Client an accurate Time Line for their Exam, it will vary depending on requirements. Please see our Blue box attachment for these estimated times and to give to your Client to insure their commitment to scheduling their Exam. Click Here
-If requirements do not follow normal guidelines, we will need an Underwriters name and the policy number if available
-Let us know if you working with a General Agency/Brokerage
-Let us know what state the Application is written on, it determines the paperwork that will be needed
